    Terrible management; maintenance doesn't work. I see them all day just talking to one another. Management doesn't out in work orders and maintenance doesn't even do the work orders. I had problems for months no one did anything. ROACHES AND BUGS! Pest control didn't help at all there are still bugs. Cops in and out of this place; tenants using drugs while sitting in the parking lot. Terrible neighborhood after dark. Grand oaks was better than this place. At least it was quiet, I had no bugs, and rent was reasonable.

    Great pricing AND they have an area for my kids to watch T.V. and play with toys while i get my taxes done! I've been going to H&R Block for years and i THOUGHT i was getting a decent deal. I brought my taxes in from last year along with this years taxes and though the refund would have been the same from last year, they would have saved me over $150 in fees ! I will never use H&R again! Thank you A&P you are the greatest!

    I am so happy with the service provided. I was in need in finding new tenants for my property. I was very fortunate to find Lorena Loakes. She was diligent in finding me the perfect tenants. I was a little nervous at first, but my realtor was very reassuring that it would all work out. Lorena always had my best interest at hand. I am very grateful for the outstanding service.
