- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible management; maintenance doesn't work. I see them all day just talking to one another. Management doesn't out in work orders and maintenance doesn't even do the work orders. I had problems for months no one did anything. ROACHES AND BUGS! Pest control didn't help at all there are still bugs. Cops in and out of this place; tenants using drugs while sitting in the parking lot. Terrible neighborhood after dark. Grand oaks was better than this place. At least it was quiet, I had no bugs, and rent was reasonable.By kaitlynne Marie, March 27, 2018
